OHSAS 18001 OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY

  • As Helvac覺zade A., to be a pioneer in the sector and to ensure the continuous development by the appropriate risk analysis, corrective and preventive activities, follow-up and control of technological developments,
  • The legislation, regulations, conditions and legal requirements of other organizations to which it is affiliated with Occupational Health and Safety are fulfilled and continuously monitored the update of these related legislation.
  • Commit to continuous improvement to keep the change process alive and resume development, depending on legislation, changes in production line and layout plan, and innovations.
  • Occupational Health and Safety Management System is documented, implemented and maintained.
  • Employees are informed about hazards they may encounter, risks that may arise, what to do in an emergency by trainings and exercises they are informed about the company’s policy,
  • When health and safety related plans are made, all of our employees, our suppliers, our customers, our visitors and all the parties might be affected by health and safety of our activities are taken into consideration and made available to the interested parties.
  • The performance and policy of the system is regularly monitored every year.

TS EN ISO 14001 ENVIRONMENT POLICY IS TO PRODUCE WITHOUT POLLUTION AND TO PRESENT ENVIRONMENT-FRIENDLY PRODUCT

ISO 22000 FOOD SAFETY POLICY

  • Comply with the legislation, regulations, requirements and legal requirements of other organizations to which it is affiliated with Food Safety and to follow and implement updates of these laws constantly
  • Present a perfect, healthy, reliable, hygienic and eco-friendly herbal refining oil produced by the system controlled by the principle of “Accurate Analysis, Contemporary Method, Neutral Comment” with modern equipment in high-tech facilities in accredited laboratories, supported by the International Standard.
  • Ensure that our products are safe and in compliance with Food Safety requirements from the raw material to the finished-product as we do from the beginning and support it with HACCP.
  • Explain, establish and maintain our Food Safety Policy in all units of our organization.

 

BRC FOOD SAFETY POLICY

  • Ensure that our products are safe and in compliance with Food Safety requirements from the raw material to the finished-product as we do from the beginning and support it with BRC
  • Establish a corporate culture by informing the managers of our organization about the importance of compliance with legal regulations and customer requirements.

TS EN ISO/IEC 17025 LABORATORY ACCREDITATION POLICY

  • Performing Naturallab Laboratory experiments with modern instruments and standard test materials with performance tests and traceability provided; checking the conformity of test results by participating in national and international qualification tests,
  • Working with an accurate analysis, unbiased interpretation and a contemporary method (National TS, TGK and International AOCS, COI, AOAC, ISO etc.) by our trained, experienced, knowledgeable and self-improving personnel for the analysis of each sample received by our laboratory,
  • Ensuring that employees learn the quality management system through in-house and off-company training and follow up scientific and latest technological developments closely,
  • Cooperating with customers to increase the quality of the laboratory service, to reduce the complaints by receiving feedback from the customers and to ensure customer satisfaction,

  • Our Energy Management System operates ZADE Vegetable Oil Rafting and Cold Press Plants operating in the KOS Region, ZADE | VITAL & 襤BN-襤 S襤NA Natural Food Support Facilities and Zade & Vital & 襤bni Sina R & D Center. These include the administrative building and social facilities, Refinery1, Steam and Heat Power Plant, Reverse Osmosis Unit, Soapstock Unit, Refinery2 and Filling-Packing Unit.

  • To ensure that information assets are accessed in a timely, complete, accurate and uninterrupted manner in the HELVACIZADE A.S. for the protection of rights and benefits.
  • Information for HELVACIZADE A.S. is a very valuable asset that needs to be protected and to increase the quality of service and professional image to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information and to be in service when needed.
  • HELVACIZADE A.S. is a contemporary and pioneering company closely following information technologies and having projects requiring high security and high technology. This development will lead to increased security vulnerabilities and, consequently, new threats. Hence, at this stage, it is very important to protect and direct the information assets consciously and systematically. To set up Information Security Management System to achieve this goal.
